Q.  Can I get a consultation before I commit?

Absolutely! We specialize in tailoring our cleaning services to your specific needs. Dave Jones, owner and operator, will personally make an onsite visit at your convenience to give you an expert, customized recommendation before you commit to any service. Consultations and quotes are always free!

Q.  Are Saturday cleaning appointments available?

Yes. Please keep in mind that these appointments book up fast, so we recommend you make arrangements with us well in advance of the Saturday you prefer.

Q.  Help, I have an emergency! How quickly can you come out and clean my home?

It Depends!  We do not offer 24 hour service; however, we work hard to accommodate our clients and our services to respond to your needs. Contact us and we will be happy to discuss your cleaning request.

Q.  Do I need to be there for my cleaning appointment?

Not necessarily. It’s up to you. We like to see our customers when we first arrive so we can hear of any specific needs for that day. But we understand people are busy. Many of our clients make arrangements prior to our arrival, allowing us to enter their home or business. Rest assured our bonded, trusted professionals will do an exceptional job cleaning whether you are there or away. And we will ensure your home is locked and secure when we leave.

Q.  What do I need to do before my cleaning appointment?

It’s helpful if you can pick up miscellaneous items such as clothes, toys, etc. If you have pets, please secure them before our arrival. If you are getting your carpets steam cleaned, please make parking available in front of our house for our truck.

Q.  Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability and property damage insurance, as well as worker’s compensation. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered!

Q.  How much do you charge for carpet cleaning?

Our charge is based on cleanable square footage as well as other factors such as heavily soiled carpets, stains, pet spots, etc. We are happy to come out to your home or business for a free, onsite evaluation and recommendation for the carpet cleaning solution that is best for you.

Q.  Do you move furniture for carpet cleaning?

Do to insurance limitations; we can only move lighter furniture such as light chairs, and light tables. However, we cannot move larger, heavy furniture such as beds, dressers, pianos, bookcases, cabinets, or any electronic equipment.

Q.  What types of carpet cleaning methods do you offer?

We are experts in carpet cleaning and are proud to offer both steam and dry extraction cleaning services. For steam carpet cleaning we offer a Truckmount Steam Cleaning System. For dry carpet cleaning, we are an authorized HOST ® Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning company. We work with you and will recommend the best method based on your specific needs.

Q.  How long does it take the carpet to dry?

With the HOST ® Dry Extraction System you are able to walk on your freshly cleaned carpet immediately. With the Truckmount Steam Cleaning method the time can vary depending on the time of year and the type and condition of your carpets.

Q.  How often should I clean my carpets?

Carpet manufacturers recommend cleaning your carpets every 12 – 18 months. If you can, refer to your carpet warranty.
